      <image:caption>• Divine Element – residing everywhere in our body, a mystical machine. • Modern society has ignored, insulted, and injured this Divine Element and therefore, the human body for a long time instead of expressing reverential awe that it deserves. • ‘Namaste,’ meaning “I pay respect to the Divine Element in you” expressed in Indian society has just become an element of good manners. • Our goal is not only to restore “the lost dignity” of the Soul, but also consult that Divine Element in you to guide in the endeavor. • Consulting the Soul would help not only in losing weight, but also in maintaining it. • The Soul is an important member of the Triumvirate of our approach, others being the Will and Truth. • As per Merriam-Webster Dictionary (MWD), the word ‘oriented’ means “intellectually, emotionally, or functionally directed.” • Here we use the word ‘oriented’ meaning “intellectually, emotionally, AND functionally directed.” • Be “Soul-oriented.”</image:caption>

      <image:caption>• As per MWD, one meaning of Will is “The power of control over one’s own actions or emotions.” • This power of control develops during our early life – childhood and adolescence. • Our environment is vital in developing this power. • Unfortunately, the recent tendency of parents and society to coddle their kids has done a great disfavor to the development of this vital faculty. • The result is individuals with weak Will, who cannot resist temptations, which are ubiquitous. Condensed calories, salt assault, and sugar-bage • These three ‘evils’ ambush our WILL daily at places of work, restaurants, parties, and even at home. • Businesses know our weaknesses: There are a variety of flavors in the market already, and they spend a BOATLOAD OF MONEY in devising another product with ‘killer flavor.’ • Authorities argue and inundate ‘reliable sources’ with controversial data, which bamboozle our intellect and give excuses to our WILL. • Government agencies label products endlessly, which tries our patience and gobbles up DEAR, DEAR TIME. • Strong Couch Force : Inactivity and inertia are inherent in human nature. • We tend to gravitate to the couch. • To emphasize the point, we would like to say Couch Force is stronger than Strong Nuclear Force, the strongest force known to humans. • Entertainment industry endeavors constantly to keep us glued to the couch • WILL has to constantly battle against this powerful force and kick our butt. • These powerful temptations (this vicious network of “silly” pleasures and desires), armed with constant positive feedback from friends, family, and social media, weaken the poorly developed Will further; she becomes feeble, debilitated, and vacillating. • This Will has to be rescued and rehabilitated before she is completely lost to the state of beyond repair. • The best weapon we have is the unpolluted portion of the Will that has to defeat the polluted portion with the help of Reason and Truth. • We have to wake that unpolluted portion of the Will up. • Therefore, be Will-oriented.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>• As we are constantly bombarded by truths, untruths, and opinions, we better define Truth for our purpose. • As per MWD, one definition of truth is, "The body of real things, events, and facts: ACTUALITY. • Also, it defines truth as, "a judgement, proposition, or idea that is true or accepted as true." • We will use these two definitions. • Truth is also transcendent fundamental reality, which we invoke in prayer to guide us through. • Scientific facts, common-sense truths, and Reason would be our constant compass for the lost Will and the corrupted Soul. • With the help of Truths and “awakened” unpolluted portion of the Will (W-AU) guided by uncorrupted portion of the Soul, one could gradually redeem polluted and corrupted portions of Will and Soul. • Good health would simply follow, malignant maladies would mellow, and Life would not be hollow. • Therefore, be Truth-oriented.</image:caption>
